1. Website use
By using mtccore.com, you agree to use the website and its tools lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with the service or other users.
2. Services and project agreements
Website content describes general capabilities and roadmap items. A specific paid project is governed by the quotation, scope, payment terms or written agreement accepted for that project.
3. Coming soon and beta features
Features labeled Beta, In Development or Coming Soon are not promises of a specific release date. Scope, pricing and availability may change before release.
4. Intellectual property
MTC Core branding, original website design, product names and original software remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Client-owned materials remain subject to the applicable project agreement.
5. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment gateways, social platforms, APIs and other third-party services may have separate terms and availability outside MTC Core’s direct control.
6. No misuse
You may not use MTC Core services for unlawful access, malware, credential theft, deceptive impersonation, spam, harmful scraping, fraud or other abusive activity.
