1. Information we collect
When you contact MTC Core, request a project or request a website demo, we may collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business information, project details and links you submit.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project requirements, provide requested services, maintain service records, improve our website and protect against abuse.
3. Website forms
Form submissions may be emailed to support@mtccore.com and may also be stored on the website server as a fallback so inquiries are not lost if mail delivery fails. Access to server-side inquiry records should be limited to authorized MTC Core personnel.
4. Browser-side tools
Where a tool is described as processing locally in your browser, the intended design is to perform that operation on your device without uploading the content to MTC Core. A specific tool page may provide additional disclosures where needed.
5. Service providers
Hosting, email, payment, analytics or infrastructure providers may process limited information as needed to deliver their services. Additional product-specific privacy notices may apply when new products launch.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for inquiries, service delivery, legal obligations and legitimate business records. No system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable safeguards should be applied.
