Custom project work

Refund and cancellation terms for custom websites, software and systems depend on the accepted quotation, project milestones and work already completed. Any project-specific agreement takes priority over this general page.

Subscriptions

Future software subscriptions will publish product-specific billing and cancellation rules before paid public access opens. Pricing shown for unreleased products is planning information until checkout is active.

Third-party costs

Domain registration, hosting, paid APIs, licenses and other third-party purchases may be non-refundable once ordered, depending on the provider’s terms.
